I build systems, not screens.

After 15+ years in digital product design, I’ve landed squarely at the intersection of design operations, UX strategy, and AI orchestration. The work I care about most is the stuff nobody sees: the principles, the governance, the documented ways of working that let teams move faster without losing coherence. Get that right, and something clicks… the whole organisation starts focusing on what their customers actually need instead of fighting internal friction.

Most recently I built and led DesignOps at Infinitas Learning, standing up a shared design system across educational platforms in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Sweden. Before that, seven years of service design and UX strategy consulting at The Reference, working with organisations like Colruyt Group, DELA, Barry Callebaut, and VDAB. I also teach design operations and service design at T-shaped Academy.

Right now I’m exploring what it means to be a design leader when parts of design become AI-assisted. Not replacing the human role… sharpening it. Orchestration, governance, and making sure experiences stay useful and responsible at scale.
